Jacob Frye is a fictional character from Ubisoft's *Assassin's Creed* video game franchise. He first appears as one of the two playable protagonists in *Assassin's Creed Syndicate*, released in 2015.
Born in 1838, Jacob is the younger twin brother of Evie Frye. Raised as an Assassin from birth, he is more impulsive and brash than his sister. He is driven by a desire to liberate London's working class from Templar control.
In *Assassin's Creed Syndicate*, Jacob primarily focuses on dismantling the Templar-controlled gangs and building a powerful criminal syndicate, "The Rooks." His methods often contrast with Evie's more methodical approach to finding Pieces of Eden.
